This intensive interactive workshop will cover the three main regulatory environments in this growing area of liability for corporations, their executives and legal counsel. Starting with the FCPA, we will also consider the recent UK Anti-Bribery Act and the OECD Anti-Bribery Convention. Then we will discuss strategies for managing the risks presented by these regulatory schemes, including administrative filings and compliance mechanisms.
